1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final – All sales made on hevyweyt.us are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse.
Defective Items: The only exception to this policy is if an item proves to be defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hevyweyt.us. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, grant authorization for a return and refund.
2. Conditions for Authorized Returns – If your return is authorized due to a defect, the merchandise must meet all of the following strict conditions to qualify for a refund:
Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
Tags Attached: All original Identification Tags must be fully attached, unbroken, and undamaged. (Note: Please try your item on before removing any tags).
Footwear Stickers: Shoes must be returned with the protective sticker under the sole fully intact. Do not remove or alter this sticker.
Complete: The item must be returned with all of its original parts and accessories.
Original Packaging: It must be sent back in its original packaging and include the original packing slip.
7-Day Window: The return must be shipped back to our fulfillment center within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
Single Shipment: All products approved for return from the same order must be shipped back to us at the same time in one single shipment.
3. The Refund Process – If all the above conditions are satisfied, we will process your refund within approximately three (3) business days of receiving your merchandise.
What is Refunded: We will refund the value of the returned product(s), including sales tax, less any original shipping costs.
